At EVE LOM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original EVE LOM packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
